Your word is your wand, and the words you speak create your own destiny. It is a powerful but scary concept: it puts the ball solely and completely in your corner. And nobody else to blame. No more excuses. This principle is contained in one of the books I am re-reading this month to focus on my higher self quest is The Complete Works of Florence Shinn.

Your Word Is Your Wand is book two of four, part of the anthology The Complete Works of Florence Shinn, the follow up to The Game of Life. It focuses on verbalising and bringing to life your desires – health, wealth, love, and self-realisation - via affirming. "You will be a failure. until you impress the subconscious with the conviction of you are a success. This is done by an affirmation that 'clicks'".

As we said yesterday, imagination shows you your higher Best Self. You then need to practice it and speak it. Find something that clicks with you and then use self-suggestion. Towards your higher Best Self. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
