Creating your Self-image family fortune is easy. You just need to elevate your mindset, the way you view yourself in this context. And then replace your previous self-limiting box. Firstly, our family and relationships within result from what we believe a family should be like. Secondly, how a family should run. And finally, what is our place in it. But you can change it.

YOUR SELF-IMAGE FAMILY FORTUNE

Your parents’ failures and successes. Or your carer/s. Or single parent. Whatever it was, it defined your view on family and how you subconsciously feel about it. What you see around you, your current family status is your paradigm. Either a potential replica. Or, in utter defiance and rebellion, the opposite. You should have all this in writing after last week (did you do the exercise? Non? This would be a good time ;-) ). What do you want instead? What new mental attitude you want to have about yourself and your role/contribution to your family? How do you want the people around you to feel in a relationship with you? How do you want to feel? What kind of life do you want to have with your family? And how easily and effortlessly do you balance your career and family and time for yourself? Describe the new paradigm you want to create. That's right, time to start freewriting, you know the drill.I think I gave enough prompts ;-) . Just remember to write everything in the present tense as if you already are/have/do the things you want. Have fun and see you tomorrow for some talk about LOVE x
