Hello again, and welcome back. Last week/s, something unexpected happened. And no, I am not going on again about the Queen. However, it is a perfect opportunity to talk again about having habits that support you and enable you to live your best life, in good or bad times.

YOUR HABITS WILL SUPPORT YOU

Life will throw you curve balls all the time. Unexpected events, situations and people. Sometimes good and sometimes not so good. And that's why we need to have habits that support us to be our best selves and live our best life. We are what we think and habitually do. Think about it: you wake up, have a shower, brush your teeth, and have breakfast or coffee/tea. You have a routine. You don't wake up and start asking: ho my God, what shall I do know? What do I do first? Etc. Etc. Nope. You are on autopilot. Your brain is already trained and drives your activities. The point here is to create a routine/ habits that can and will support you to be the best self you want to be, even when unexpected events happen. They will keep you grounded and stable and provide safety and security in the chaos you might be experiencing, so you don't have to "be strong", but you can just be. Habits to enhance self-care and self-love so when people around you are not exactly kind to you, you still feel cared for and loved. Your brain will take over and remind you that you ARE cared for and loved because you habitually think and act that way. And the same can be said for anything else. All you seek is inside of you. Create practices that allow for it to come out habitually See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #Habits #Followme on Twitter and Instagram
