Hello, and welcome back. Yesterday we talked about being intentional with your choices, from what you choose to say and what you choose not to say. Intentional in how you live, in what you buy. More importantly, find out the "why" behind the things you do and say and the people you have in your life so you can understand if you gave an attachment to things, goals or people because of your fears or the belief that is achieving something, having something give you comfort or impresses people, rather than being authentically you.

WORK YOUR BRAIN

But, as with everything, you need to practice and use the most important of all your muscles: your brain. By exercising your brain, you can build up and establish a stronger path in your life, new neuropathways. Everything can be changed. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. Your mood and your outlook, your self-image and your life. Once you have chosen the "why" behind the things you do and say, like we said yesterday, and become more intentional with your choices, you can bolster yourself with habits. And you start small, like focusing on being present to exercise the mind. And then the practice of savouring and paying attention to an experience, or the present moment, instead of letting your mind wander. Your brain is a muscle that needs practice. Use it, exercise it and Become Your Best Self. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #WorkYourbrain #Followme on Twitter and Instagram or buy my books.
