ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within - Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist - With strength and grace

Hello again, and Happy Monday. I hope you had a weekend full of joy: small joy, BIG JOY, just joy. Because without joy, what's the point? I want to start this week with some #MondayTalk by reflecting on the theme of pursuing your dreams and success. But this time, on pondering the "how to" go through life while pursuing your dreams and success. Because it is not just essential to reach your destination but also how you get there and the impact you have along the way.

WITH STRENGTH AND GRACE

Yesterday I published my monthly #TheWomanAlchemist feature about Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and her enduring leadership lessons (click here to read the full blog). Writing that blog made me think she was the epitome of resilience, elegance and dignity for so many here in the UK ( and around the world). She guided the monarchy through a turbulent world and personal events. Her devotion to service and deep sense of purpose was priceless, and I feel that her example is something we can all apply daily. Having a vision and a sense of purpose and relentlessly pursuing them does not need to be separate from being graceful in how you deal with people and events. So, walk into this new week with strength and grace because the world needs a bit of both right now. And always. Know that they can be mutually inclusive and have an enduring legacy. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #WithStrengthAndGrace #Followme on Twitter and Instagram or buy my books.
