Hello again and welcome back. Last week we touched upon how life is far too short to live by someone else's standards and expectations. You should be whoever you want to be and do what you want and learn to say no. Did you work out what you are saying NO to and why? Non, perhaps you should go back and start by reflecting on how not saying NO has impacted your life. This takes me smoothly into today's topic. Are you playing the part you are expected to "fit in" and get on in life?

WILL THE REAL YOU STAND UP

Maybe you learned it early in life; playing certain parts got you attention or an easier life, and therefore, you played. But slowly, "the part" became you, and now you don't know how to escape. Don't get me wrong: if you chose that part because that is who you want to be, then cludos to you. But if not, it is time to reconnect and be true to and with your inner self. Tap into who you really are and want to be; trust me, you will be much happier. Maybe you need to re-learn who your inner self really is. I know it can be difficult to start with. But that's why it is important to know what you really want in your life, both at personal and work levels. Once you know the destination, you can choose your vehicle ( your inner best self) and get your GPS going. Let the real true inner you STAND UP!
