Hello there, so happy you are here. Yesterday we talked about reviewing your summer season and taking stock of it. No need to wait for the end of the year. Did you have a go at answering the questions? Non? Ok, here they are again:
  • How was your summer?
  • What about your year? How has it been so far?
  • Did you take time for yourself? for your
    • mental
    • physical
    • emotional health?
  • Have you learned something new?
  • What did you do that you loved?
Today is a brand new month and can also be the beginning of the life you always wanted.

WHY NOT START NOW

So, why not start now? Why wait until the end of the year, reviewing everything we have accomplished and setting new goals? Your new year and new life can begin at any time you decide. Create a life you love and cherish, nourish it, feed your passion, live your dreams, and surround yourself with the people and things you love. Life is for living. Now. Not tomorrow. If you are not particularly happy with some aspects of your life right now, I'd suggest starting looking at those first. Join me tomorrow to see how. I'll give you a hint: it's all about your self-image. That's right, your self-image/self-concept, and we will look at how to jump-start a new one at the weekend.
