Hello there, and welcome back. Today we are talking some more about stopping something else which is bad for us and turning it into something positive. Specifically, stop keeping score and tracking people who disappoint you. That's right. Come on, we all do it.

DON'T TRACK DISAPPOINTMENT

Keeping track of the people who fall short of your expectations doesn't serve you and is not really resolving anything. Let's face it; probably, the people in question either 1) don't even realise they have disappointed you or 2) they did it because it served something FOR them. Either way, you are the only one who is upset and stressed.

WHO SHOWS UP FOR YOU?

What's better for you is to count and be grateful for all the people who actually show up for you. Day in and day out. In the small and big things. Recognise them. Appreciate them. They are your people. PS: When was the last time you said: "thank you"? And more importantly, are you showing up for them? Think about that instead. Are you disappointing anyone? Who? And why? Moreover, do you want to disappoint them? Is it intentional or a thoughtless act? Just imagine if everyone else were tracking you letting them down ... All in all, stop tracking everything that goes wrong and start stacking up everything that goes right. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #WhoShowsUpForYou #Followme on Twitter and Instagram
