Hello there, and Happy Friday! After all the talk about hacking your brain to be happy, I'd like to know: what's yours?

WHAT'S YOUR BRAIN HAPPY HACK?

Yes, that's right. Share with me and other readers what is/are your hack/s. I'd love to know how you keep yourself happy. What is working well for you, what gives you balance. And what is not/ has not worked well for you and why. What lessons have you learned and how did you adapt? Share your stories. Did you find your gift/s in adversity? Did you learn valuable lessons? This blog is about my continuous journey to become my best self and to help you in the process too. For me, it is a never-ending quest because learning never ends and neither should self-improvement. Well, at least I believe so. I share my things - I'd love it if you share yours. Deal? We can all learn together and help each other along the way. I'm looking forward to reading your replies and stories on Monday. On another note, if you'd like me to write about specific topics/things you are struggling with in your personal transformation journey let me know. Have a lovely weekend. Don't forget to look after yourself, be and stay happy (of course) x If you'd like to find out more about hacking your brain for happiness, here is a nice article to read: Brain Chemistry & Your Mood: 4 Hormones That Promote Happiness Enjoy! #BeYourBestSelf #BrainHappyHack
