Appreciation of what you have brings more your way - what you praise you increase. My quest to intentionally fill my mind with more positive thinking (than usual) continues. A lot of reading, affirmations and meditation toward my Best Higher Self. And this week is the turn of The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder. It is a book that focuses on the power of thoughts as an instrument for success or failure. And that, the right use of your mind can become "the key to healthy, happy, prosperous and successful living".

what you praise you increase

One way to use your mind is to appreciate everything around you, and yourself for that matter.

"We should praise the qualities we would like to see in others, declare that others possess them already,

and then watch, and then watch how quickly these person will respond " - Catherine Ponder

What you appreciate and praise, you amplify. And that is applicable to qualities (yours and others), things, situations etc. etc. It is not difficult to understand. Think about children: when you praise about what they are doing good, they will do more of (they want the praise, the love and recognition). List all your good qualities; be thankful you have them. Appreciate them and see what starts to happen. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
