ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within - Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist - What is normal

Hello there. What is normal is today's question. Last week we talked about having a sunshine state of mind, being aware of our mortality and giving ourselves permission to play and have fun. I want to continue the new week by liberating ourselves from societal constraints of what we are supposed to be and conforming to "normality".

WHAT IS NORMAL ANYWAY

By conforming to other people's expectations of us, we suppress our authentic selves and deny ourselves the opportunity to shine for who we are. Even worse, denying to express who you are, your authentic self, causes unnecessary stress. But, most importantly, we end up living by someone else's standards and abandoning our dreams. Even worse, denying yourself to express who you really are. I mentioned earlier last week's blog where I talked about being aware of our mortality. Life is far too short to live by someone else's standards and expectations. You should be whoever you want to be and do what you want to, not comply to what's "normal". Normal and normality are interesting words. What is normal anyway? And who wants to be normal? I don't know about you, but I want to be EXTRA. My EXTRA fabulous, unapologetically authentic self. And you know what? I don't care if people won't like it. I LOVE IT! What about you? See you soon x #BeYourBestSelf #Followme on Twitter and Instagram or buy my books
