Self-love is a very used expression and, so far this month, we have been working through different ways to practice love for ourselves. However, have you ever stopped and thought about what does it actually mean to you? What is love for you? What does it mean to be truly loved to you? Think about what does it mean to be truly loved for you? How do you feel loved? And what is the deep-seated need behind it? Once you realize this, well, you are on your way to truly love yourself. And as parting note for today, I leave you with an Oscar Wilde quote:

"Never love anyone who treats you like you're ordinary."
