This month, as it is Women's History Month, we are going to rejoice in being a woman because Being Your Best Self also means feeling more secure and self-assured in how you (me) feel as women. Accepting who we are, equal to men in the realm of possibilities, but different in the way we are.

And that means accepting being vulnerable, too, sometimes. Or feminine. Not trying to act like a man and/or giving up being a woman. So stand tall in who you are; however you are, wear your crown and see you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
