To find peace, you have to be willing to lose your connection with the people, the places and the things that create all the noise in your life - so today is a social media and media detox. Time alone with myself, for myself. To quiet the mind. To think. And to dream. And perhaps to do nothing. Or something. Who cares? I'll follow wherever my imagination takes me. Follow my bliss.

TO FIND PEACE

No social media or media, and all noise around me. Including no news of any kind ( let's face it, there is never good news in the news). To find peace.
