Hello again. Yesterday we talked about the never-ending journey to become our Best Selves - it is not a destination, it requires daily practice. We create our Best Selves step by step, one thing at a time to make it easier. Our world reflects our self-image so, for example, if we want people to listen to us more, we need to become better listeners. The same can be said for relationships (mother, father, siblings, lovers, friends ... ANY relationship).

THINKING OF YOU

Human beings (me, you, everyone) wants to feel loved, appreciated, and important. So, let the people around you feel that way for no reason at all. And you can do that with a simple action that works wonders. Send a quick text/message/call to just say you are thinking of them, you appreciated them, or you loved them (any or all, really) will make your loved ones/friends. And it will make you feel incredible. Because any relationship needs to be nurtured. The accrual of small significant moments contributes to the sustainment of relationships. And so, take an opportunity to create some. On that note, it is a long Bank Holiday weekend because of Easter, so I'm going to switch off from social media and spend time with my family and friends. Let me take this opportunity to wish you and your families a weekend full of love, friendship and peace. From my family to yours, see you next Tuesday x
