The Truth About Ourselves And The Power Within - Be Your Best Self - A Daily Practice To Silence Your Inner Critic

ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: Be your best self - #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

The truth about ourselves is the truth of who we are in God and who God is in us, through us and as us, and the power within us all. If you do not believe in God, it doesn't matter. You can call It Source, Universe, Infinite Spirit or Tom Cruise, whatever you prefer. This month has definitely reinforced in my mind that our consciousness has the size and strength of a sumo wrestler, but because we do not know it, we squander our abilities. Training my mind remains my priority Numero 1 more than ever, and it should be yours too. Ask, and It is Given by Esther & Jerry Hicks, E2 by Pam Grout and Science of Living Study Guide by Rev. Ike, the last books I'm reading this month, all re-iterate this concept. The truth about our own abilities, the Power Within straightly connected to the wider Energy, acts through us. We are basically God in drag. And if that's not being our Best Self, I don't know what is! Just think about that next time you are facing an obstacle. You are pinching off your own power: STOP IT! "Change Your Thoughts and Change Your Life", but you need to “Practice the practising” and exercise your own power daily. There is no competition. There is only one truth. Your only limit is you. STOP IT! It is all in your head. Change starts from within, and you have the Power. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
