It has been a heavy week rummaging through the drawers of our subconscious and bringing out all the dirty laundry; I think the Self-image needs a rest, don't you? Perhaps you knew the majority of the paradigms/the limiting beliefs that control your life. Or maybe a few. Or maybe, there were patterns, issues that you hadn't realised. Nevertheless, it was an emotional exercise. And tiring. Take time to rest and congratulate yourself for what you have achieved this week - the work required honesty and courage. Thank you for reading the blogs in the first place and for your willingness to participate. This week we looked at our results and beliefs in the areas of: All these are manifestations of what we think of ourselves. Of how far we think we can go. Of how much we think we deserve to have/be. The good news is it can be changed, and we will address the what and the how to change it in the forthcoming weeks.

THE SELf-IMAGE NEEDS A REST

For now, The Self-image needs a rest and so do we. I don't know what you have planned, but for me, it will be a sporting weekend (not that I DO sport, I watch it ;-) ). The Euro 2021 Championship Final (football, or soccer for the American friends) and Wimbledon Final (tennis) are both on. And I definitely will be watching and enjoying it. What about you?
