When you wake up in the morning, re-read the Affirmative treatment once again and say it out loud to start the day in a positive manner.

Tips:

The first thing to change your conditions ( whatever they are) is define clearly what is the ideal condition/situation you are trying to achieve. Then, be clear of the type of person that embodies that condition/situation and crystallize it into an affirmation ( I am healthy, I am rich, blah blah blah) and start seeing yourself as that person. You can use the blanket affirmation 'I AM somebody' as Rev. IKE suggests to remind yourself your worth together with your specific affirmation. Remind yourself often of who you are now until it becomes you.
