Say the affirmative right out loud before you go to sleep. This will help to reinforce these positive ideas in your subconscious mind. And also end the day on a positive note. When you wake up in the morning, re-read the Affirmative treatment once again and say it out loud to start the day in a positive manner.

This may sound woo-woo and all new, but it isn't. In the Bible, one of the prophets said, 'Let the weak say, I AM strong' (Joel 3:10) or ' Be you transformed by the renewing of your mind' (Epistle 12). Whatever you add to I AM, you become.
