Hello there and welcome back! This week we talked so far about stop playing the part you are expected to "fit in" and getting on in life reconnecting and being true to and with your inner self. Tapping into who you really are and want to be and perhaps even re-learn who your inner self really is. But to do so you need to fist stop listening to what people say.

THE PHRASES PEOPLE SAY

The phrases people say can have a detrimental effect on your self0image, how you view yourself and what you think you are capable of. And those are the phrases that you need to stop listening to. The "you can't do this because ... ( fill in any limitations they might put on you like gender, sexuality, sexual orientation, body type, age and so on)". It is just BLAH BLAH BLAH ... Just tell them to Shut The F*** Up. Or if that is too much for you try to mentally play la la la la, la la and ignore them. It is like going into a shop, or bar and they have a bad record playing and blasting on the speaker. Ignore the record until it has finished playing and focus on something else (mentally).
