The new is here, folks. "For I remember it is Easter morn, and life and love and peace are all newborn," said Alice Freeman Palmer. Today is Easter Sunday, a day of spiritual awakening, not just for Christians who are celebrating Jesus's resurrection but it can be for anyone. You do not need to be religious. You just need to choose and declare it as such: a day of rebirth. Your rebirth. And then, like a phoenix from the ashes, you can rise. You can do so anytime, so why not today?

Today is a new day, and you can start afresh. Every day is a chance to start again, afresh. No need to wait for New Year (or Easter). Declare that the old is gone and the new is here, your New Best Self. Choose so, decree it and declare it and so it will be. Peace and love ( if you are celebrating a very Happy Easter), and I see you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
