And finally, sometimes your body is trying to tell you something ...

THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION

As Tony Robbins always says: "Emotion comes from motion". Physiology is what helps to get into a peak state. So by moving, you can generate positive emotions and energy. But this also applies the other way round. This means your feelings can affect your physiology and make your body hurt too. I'm sure you have all heard about psychosomatic illnesses. They are “psychological conditions involving the occurrence of physical symptoms, usually lacking a medical explanation". And they can affect any part of the body. But it does not just happen when there is a medical pathology at play. It can occur daily to a less extent. Because our mind and physiology are intimately connected. So, in the same way, you can elevate your mood by moving, your mood can affect your physiology. Thinking positively, you can take yourself out of any state. At any time. With the proper focus. Yes, that’s right! You can take control and use the mind-body connection to your advantage and achieve your desired result. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #TheMindBodyCollection
