Pam Grout has done it again... 365 days to a miraculous life On Sunday 26 January 2016 a tragic helicopter accident ended the life of basketball legend Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and another 7 persons. A human tragedy that reminds us all that life is feeble and that we should live each day and every day to the fullest. Give our best and never procrastinate to another day what we want to do. Certainly, Kobe 'Mamba' Bryant is an example of living with passion and giving his best, #smashsedhisceiling each and every day with an impressive work ethic. And that made me think a lot ... I've drifted away in the last couple of months or so, not really focused... I mean is not that I didn't get out of bed for a month and lazied around ( well, nothing wrong with that if you can do it and like to). I've been working on a change project, normal life got in the way.

The reality is I paused and stopped dreaming. All this 'the-only-thing-that's stopping-you-it's-you' sh*t is painfully true, my ceiling is somewhere in my head. Life is perceptual; our world is a mirror of our beliefs. That's it. I obviously need to work on this and I know I need a bit of help. Thankfully Pam Grout's new book The Course In Miracles Experiment - A Starter Kit for Rewiring your Mind is out (you should know by now I'm a fan). I've started (and stopped), started again and stopped again A Course In Miracles (the original one) so many times. But I seem always to stop midway through, it's just a bit too heavy. Pam's writing style is witty, inspirational, and, most importantly, able to make big concepts easy and fun. AND is an experiment that I can follow and diarise, so the book is perfect for me. So, this is me, diarising.

Lesson 1: Nothing I see means anything
