Hello again. Yesterday we talked about acknowledging the end of the season, yourself and reviewing your summer season. Reading the last chapter in your book of life and looking at the story you have created.

TAKING STOCK

Part of reviewing your last season is taking stock of it. I know we tend to do this at the end of the year, reviewing everything we have accomplished and setting new goals. The majority of people go to have new year resolutions. Well, I don't really believe in those. I strongly believe that we can take a new direction and have a new start at any time. Like NOW. no need to wait until the end of the year/new year. Your new year and new life can start at any time you decide. But before moving into new waters, you just new to take stock of what has happened so far. So, a few questions for you:
  • how was your summer?
  • how has your year been so far?
  • did you take time for yourself? for your
    • mental
    • physical
    • emotional health?
  • have you learned something new?
  • what did you do that you absolutely loved?
These are just a few questions. Once you start, I'm sure many more will come to mind. Tomorrow is the beginning of a new month, a fresh start, and a new chapter. The plot thickens ... See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #TakingStock #ALifeYouLove #Followme on Twitter and Instagram
