ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: Be your best self - #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

Being your Best Self starts with loving yourself. We have been covering quite a few different practices so far. You know what? They mean nothing unless you actually practice them to start with. And, most importantly, if you don't practice them regularly. You don't go to the gym and do whatever class ( really no clue here) and then expect to have the best-toned body you have ever had the day after. Ditto with your mind; you need to keep taking that puppy outside every time it starts playing up with you.

"You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.

The secret of your success is found in your daily routine" - John C. Maxwell

Choose what works for you, and then stick to it. Give it at least 30 days, then review, amend and some more 30 days. Time for you and being your best self, loving you is the best investment you can make. What is your routine? Let me know, always good to share. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
