How do you define Self-love? Self-love may mean different things to different people. And it can be elusive. Sometimes Self-love (loving yourself) is confused with Self-care. Self-care can be one way you can show love to yourself, but Self-love in itself is different. For me, it is simply loving myself as I would my best friend, being my own cheerleader and enjoying being in my own company.

I make a ritual out of taking time with me, whether for an hour, a day, a weekend, or longer. And that includes enjoying going to movies by myself, spending time at a park or reading. I make it some kind of ceremony that takes me to a special place for me, as soon as I start it. Mentally. Physically. Spiritually. What is your favourite ritual that makes you feel special?
