It is day 3 of talking about change and how to deal with it. It is useful to keep on top of mind the equation: change is inevitable, progress is optional, and life = change. Another way to become more resilient besides focusing on what you can control and take ownership and being present is seeing change as an opportunity rather than something to resist or fear.

"Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you do not belong" - N.R. Narayana Murthy

Change is an opportunity to re-evaluate where you are in life and your priorities. Some useful questions to start you off with:
  • What is your purpose in life?
  • How does the life you are living now fulfil your purpose?
  • What's really important to you?
Once you have a clear sense about goals and values, you can increase your resilience and think more clearly about the opportunities that change can bring. And always remember:

"Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end" - Robyn Sharma

See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
