Hello again! Yesterday we discussed recognising the gift and the lesson in adversity and setbacks. I used as an example the story of Steve Harvey and the fiasco when he presented Miss Universe in 2015. The fiasco led to one of his biggest earning gigs, the T-Mobile Super Bowl commercial. So I want to follow up today with one more brain hack. And that is emulating your heroes.

ONE MORE BRAIN HAPPY HACK: MODEL YOUR HEROES

That's right! If you have been reading my blog for a while, you know by now that I am a tremendous purported of having role models, à la Tony Robbins: learn from people who have done what you want to do/be successfully and use them as a blueprint, a road map to spur your success. Well, you can do the same when it comes to being happy. Your role models and your heroes are such because you have an affinity with them. You recognise part of yourself, your values, and perhaps your personality in them. And/or they represent something you'd like to be. Why then not use this as a blueprint to be happier too? Think of your heroes and what would they do in your situation. What makes them happy ( in life or the movie - fictional heroes are ok too)? After all, they are part you, why not make the most of it. Make your life easier. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #BrainHack #ModelYourHeroes
