It’s Day 7 of 7 Day Challenge, congratulations for sticking with it until the end! And this is the key in training your mind to deal with negative thoughts, creating new neuropathways on your way from Self-acceptance to Self-appreciation: focus.

FOCUS

I've read somewhere that the word focus stands for Follow One Course Until You Succeed. Sounds good. But here focus, enabled by Self-discipline is continuously choosing to think, say and do what is in your best interest, rather than detrimental. No negative thoughts allowed. How do you know if you are doing it right? Your feelings will tell you. If you are feeling good, keep on. If you are feeling bad, STOP and re-direct. Remember, you can Dump The C**p On A Page, No More News. Use The 90 Seconds Rule and Pause. Life is FOR you, not against you, just say "So What?" and you are almost there. Day 7 of 7 Day Challenge and the challenge is over now. See you tomorrow to talk about how you can move on and capitalise on the challenge - focusing on the positive instead x

USEFUL RESOURCE FOR THE CHALLENGE
