Hello there, and Happy Monday! I can't believe we are almost at the end of April already. Where has the time gone? We ended last week by choosing something we can do, right now to improve the present and the future rather than focusing on dispair or the catastrophic headlines. Choosing hope and building a better future, a better world, every day with actions. I want to start this week by freeing ourselves from blame. Blame for external events. Yes, I did say before that our reality is a reflection of our self-image and I stand by it. But this does not mean we need to blame ourselves for everything that happens in our world.

NO MORE BLAMING

You are not responsible for others' behaviour so stop blaming yourself. You are responsible for your actions and your thoughts. And even when people show a behaviour that is reflective of your inner conversations (for example I'm not good enough and the people do not value you), 1) there's no need for blame because 2) you can change it. The same way you created it in the first place, you can re-create it. No, let's be clear, I do not mean that you should accept abusive behaviour from others even if it is a reflection of your inner thinking ( like not valuing yourself). Nope. And NEVER. Tomorrow it won't be there. Just think of that.

See you tomorrow x
