Being your Best Self means having a good relationship not just with the inside but also the outside - how you view your body. And that's when the problems start with the constant and continuous internal and external comparison. But you are unique. Your body is unique to you, and no one else. Everybody is different, and we all have different genetics. When you see yourself, when you look in the mirror or picture yourself in your mind, what you really see is your belief system about your appearance (including your memories, assumptions, and generalizations) and your feelings about your body externalized.

Just because we have acne, tummy rolls and chaffing thighs doens't mean we need fixed. Period - Mik Zazon

A healthy body image is an integral part of mental wellbeing, and not one single list can tell you how to turn negative body thoughts into a positive body image. You can, though, introduce healthier ways of looking at yourself and your body. And the more you practice good thoughts, the better you can feel about who you are and the body you naturally have. Whatever the body shape and/or size. Don't bother with diets and the relentless drive for thinness. Focus on yourself holistically (attractiveness and good looks are not dependable on size and shape) and your health. Remember, your health is your wealth. But we'll talk about that tomorrow. For now, Au revoir et a bientôt,x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
