"Most people live in a very restricted circle of their potential being.", said William James. Indeed. Human beings, a.k.a. you and I, make only use of a tiny portion of their full potentiality, consciousness, and resources in general. Same as a man who chooses to use and move just his little finger instead of making use of every part of his body. Imagine: how limited would your life be like that? However, when it comes to our mind, that is exactly what we do.

"Most people live, whether physically, intellectually, or morally, in a very restricted circle of their potential being ... Great emergencies and crisis show ushow much greater our vital resources are than we had supposed"

- William James

It is only in great emergencies and crises that we delve deep. And then discover how much more we can do. And how much further we can push ourselves if only we believed (or have the necessity). Every day, you can get better and better in every way. Émile Coué pioneered the power of self-suggestion, and we covered it in a previous blog. Most people live in a very restricted circle of their potential being. Do you want this too? Isn't it time that we start to dig deeper and unleash our Best Self now rather than wait for the next emergency? See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
