Self-Love is learned, unfortunately, so we need to practice, practice and practice some more. Following on from the yesterday blog talking about keeping a notebook of positive aspects (about yourself), today I think is the time for reviewing those lovely qualities you/we all have and yes, that's right, do some practice. In front of the mirror. Yes, you read right: in front of the M-I-R-R-O-R.

"Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion

will one day become a reality".

- Earl Nightingale

The Inner Critics always talks and put doubts in your/our mind. The only way to move away from negative thoughts is to replace them with positive ones, hence this practice. Look back to all the nice things you wrote yesterday and today, repeat them out loud in front of the mirror (PS: try to say them as if you believe them, just saying .... ;-) ). You can do so each time you are in front of a mirror or you see your reflection. Your Inner Critic has been talking to you for years, constantly. It is time to unleash your Inner Cheerleader. Remember "I don't care if you don't like me, I LOVE ME!" - with attitude. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within, that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
