Hello there, and Happy Friday! I want to end this week with some love because there's never too much love in the world. Yesterday we talked about remembering we are humans BEING and not just humans DOING. Unfortunately, we all forget this critical part. We have come into this world to have experiences, not just to do things and what's important is the human being we become as a result of our experiences. So instead of making a to-do list (OK, if you are a list-maker extraordinaire, in addition to a to-do list), we talked about writing a to-be list and, crucially, making the time for it. A list to be. And savour your BE time, enjoy it, and learn from it.

NOT ALONE

Part of being a human BEING is remembering we are not alone. Remember that experiences are expanded and multiplied when shared. Think about it. If something amazing happens to you and you are alone, it feels great for sure. But if have shared it with people who love you, that experience becomes somehow bigger. More memorable. And a shared moment to remember. Same in moments of sadness, having someone there to share with you, makes it easier. Unfortunately, not everyone has people around to share good or bad times. So, why not, as part of your TO-BE list be that someone for someone who is lonely, or going through grief? Perhaps an elderly neighbour? You decide. Remind them that they are not alone. Share the love and BE a better human, your Best Self. #SharetheLoveFriday It is a long Bank Holiday weekend in the UK ( yes, another one :-) ) so I'll see you next Tuesday x
