Hello everyone. Welcome back! Yes, January is behind us, and while we learned much in that month, which you can review here, we look forward to what this month has in store for us. We all know that February is the month of love, and while we often speak about love in the form of a significant other, I want to look at love very differently this time. Instead of focusing on one specific individual, this month’s theme will focus on loving life itself. You see, love isn’t limited or finite. Above all else, love is personal. You can read all about the various types of love here. The people and things you love will differ drastically from my list, and that’s okay. While we’re aiming for better tomorrows and to smash our glass ceilings, let me ask you this: Have you ever taken the time to ponder your life and really feel the love that’s there? If you didn’t love your life, you wouldn’t be willing to put in the work to make it better. However, loving life itself can be hard at times.

How to live with passion

Live with passion – the best advice that I can give you regarding the love for life itself is to live a life full of passion. To enjoy each and every day with memorable experiences, and to add flavour and spice to all that you do. Remember that whatever you do right now sets a foundation for what is yet to come. So, breathe in that fresh air, bask in the sunlight, gulp down that refreshing glass of water, and smile, laugh, jump, and add a little more joy. As bland and tasteless food can nourish you, food spiced just right with that flavour and intensity can do more than just satisfy you. So, live your life to its fullest, don’t hold back. Go on those adventures. Walk barefoot on the grass. Say yes more often. Take a few risks (within reason). And most of all, live your truth today! We’ll explore passionate living further in our blogs to come. Stay tuned x
