Yesterday we started talking about change being an inevitability of life. And that progress is optional. Whether it is the reason for the change, work, a move, a personal relationship, the way to cope with it remains the same. But learning to deal with it can help with change-related stress. And you can start by being in the present and paying attention to how the body responds to stress.

When you change they way you look at things, the things you look at change" - wayne dyer

When change occurs, and we feel under pressure, it's easy to see everything in black or white or predict the worst, but if you slow down your mind, it can help you feel more in control and be more rational in evaluating what is happening. Additionally, you can remind yourself of all the times you have successfully navigated transitions and challenges in the past. Making a list of how you've been resilient in your life and focusing on strengths instead of weaknesses will help you feel more empowered and in control and give you more confidence in your ability to deal with the current situation. See you tomorrow for more change talk x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
