Hello there, I hope you spent some time yesterday reminding yourself, consciously and willfully, of all the amazing things you do, you say, you love. And stack them up. In a journal, in a jar. Whatever works best for you. If you haven't, do it now; boost yourself up. And do so daily. Why?

LET'S GET HAPPY

Life sometimes will throw you some curveballs. Plus, you (and I, everybody) make mistakes, we are humans - it's normal. And when this happens we need something to refer back to. To remind us of our amazingness, irrespectively of our mistakes and imperfections. I said it before and I'll say it again: perfection is boring - be awesome instead. We are all a work in progress. ALL. There isn't one single human being in the history of humanity that has ever been perfect or will ever be. There, I said it. Don't waste your time trying to be perfect. Practice being happy instead. Yes, that's right. And yes, being happy is a choice and a practice.

Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times,

if one only remembers to turn on the light - J.K.Rowling

Choosing to focus on happiness instead of despairing, sadness or hate. So stack on moments that make you feel good, write them up or put them in your jar to revisit art any moment you need. Savour every moment. Live with gusto. Enjoy life.

Let's get happy!

See you tomorrow x
