ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: Be your best self - #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist -Let this Sunday be

Hi there; before we let this Sunday be, How did you do this week, with all the intense week of focus to shift yourself and your life for the better? I hope you did the work; I am sure you did, right? Well, now take a moment to look back and remember all the good things. Learn from what didn't go so well: what are the lessons? Take a walk.

"Sunday is a day of reflection.

A day in which we think of the week past, and of the week ahead.

Have a happy Sunday" - Anthony T. Hincks

And then, look ahead to the next week and see all the good things that can happen. That will happen. Raise your expectations. Better still, learn to expect good things to happen to you and for you. Now you can rest because your creation is perfect, and you are satisfied all is good. PS: The beautiful building in my picture is St Paul's Cathedral, a place worth a visit, including on Sundays or any other day for that matter. Have a happy Sunday. See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
