Lesson 9 To A Miraculous Life: I see nothing as it is now. Following straight after "My mind is preoccupied with past thoughts" (Lesson 8), I understand now that it's just cache and cookies from my past and now that I know I can distance myself from them - it's not my identity anymore - how liberating is that? (This requires practice but it is worth it). "Keep it light, so light that the pull of old, sad stories cannot keep you from playing, dancing - cannot hold you down" - Tony Labagh. I want to play and enjoy life instead. So to recap for today and Lesson 9 - I see nothing as it is now. Need to clear the cache and cookies of past thoughts. And then start afresh. I can see everything as I want it to be now. As it is. Keeping it light, fun and absolutely fabulous. Sounds good non? Let's keep it light, so light that nothing can keep us from playing and dancing.
