Today is Lesson 5 to build self-acceptance: find your tribe. In the previous lessons, Self-awareness, self-compassion, learning from your mistakes and celebrating success all help tremendously in building self-acceptance. You could call it The Four Columns of your Best Self house.

LESSON 5 TO BUILD SELF-ACCEPTANCE: FIND YOUR TRIBE

Your tribe represents the walls in your house. Your supporting walls. Find a tribe that can support you daily. People with their helpful positivity and their kindness can lift you up. And also fuel your own positivity when it wobbles. When positivity is stronger than negativity, your self-belief and self-acceptance are higher, and you can move toward your best self and most fulfilled life.

"You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with” – Jim Rohn

The right tribe can also help in raising your hopes and dreams. Gently (or not so gently) push you along. Believe in you even when you don't.
