LEARN TO SAY NO

Life is far too short to live by someone else's standards and expectations. You should be whoever you want to be and do what you want, not comply with what's "normal". Or suppress our authentic selves and deny ourselves the opportunity to shine for who we are Learn to say no. Women, especially, have more pressure and, historically, were brought up to conform. Instead of covering up your feelings and not speaking up, say NO. To start with, understand what you are saying NO to and why. And then, figure out if your inability or "poor ability", if you prefer to say NO has impacted your life. Are you living somebody else's life/dreams and rules? Can you find the root cause of this inability? Start from there. Understand what is going on and then say NO. SHOUT it OUT LOUD.
