ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: Be your best self - #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

Being your Best Self and loving yourself means accepting yourself. And being unapologetically You, no matter what. Firstly being able to laugh at yourself, with yourself, is not only good. It is necessary. With all your shortcomings, without humiliation, judgment, fear, or self-consciousness.

“Because, the flower doesn’t go from bud to blossom in one spritely burst and yet, as a culture, we’re disinterested in the tedium of the blossoming. But that’s where all the real magic unfolds in the making of one’s character and destiny. Just allow the blossoming to be- don’t hasten it, don’t force it, don’t criticise it”. — Maria Popova

Secondly, believe it or not, laughing out loud, alone, positively affects mood and energy and is amazingly effective. Thirdly, it builds a positive relationship with you because it connects you, guess? to you! And so when is the last time you had a good laugh? Out loud? Please go on, do it; you know you want to ;-) See you tomorrow x Change starts from within; that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
