The phrase “Know thyself” works on the premise that knowledge is inherent. As wisdom is really learning to recollect, knowing oneself then can be achieved via internal dialogue and introspection. But what has this got to do with self-love? If we understand the internal language patterns, we know how to better "communicate and receive love". And then adapt our communication style to suit the specific audience and occasion to:
  1. recognise other people language patterns;
    1. understand what they are trying to say to you;
  2. communicate and make feel people really loved; and
  3. realise how you speak/give and receive love.
State Primary Sense Language Pattern
Visual Sight I see; it looks good.
Audial Hearing Sounds good; that rings a bell.
Kinaesthetic Feeling That doesn’t feel right.
And for our daily practice, using the right vehicle (audio, visual or emotional) would go a long, long way ... Simple, non? See you tomorrow x Change starts from within, that's why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 - a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
