Hello again. Some more readers request on the topic of habits; more specifically, bad habits and what can we do about them. I have a few requests on this covering different bad habits, so I'll tackle them one by one. Change is not always easy. The most difficult part is not necessarily starting something new but stopping something bad and, better still, turning it into positive (well, you might as well ...).

KICK YOUR BAD HABITS

Following your requests on the topic, yesterday we discussed continuing your daily habits whilst on holiday (different surroundings, with other people etc.). So today, I will tackle the "do I need to continue with my daily habits?" part. Yesterday I talked about the England Lionesses who won the European Championship on Sunday. We can learn many things from them, one of which is teamwork and delegating.

DON'T CONTROL - DELEGATE

What bad habit is this exactly, you might say? Wanting to do everything by ourselves. For whatever reason, you are taking responsibility for everything ( control freak, not trusting people, whatever), try to delegate to other people. Take advantage of their best assets and natural skills ( which means they will be much faster). It doesn't mean you abdicating overall accountability. Just the tasks. Same as the Lionesses. The passed the ball when others were in a better position to score. They each played their part. And this can apply to work and life alike. Let other people contribute and thank them for it. Move from controlling every aspect and task in your life to delegation. A little thing that can make much difference. See you tomorrow x #BeYourBestSelf #SelfTalk #Followme on Twitter and Instagram
