Hello again and welcome back. I hope you had a peaceful and restful weekend. And you spent some time showing some love to your loved ones (pardon the pun). We know that humans want to feel loved, appreciated, and important. Last week we talked about sending a quick text/message/call to show you are thinking of them, appreciate them, or love them to make your loved ones/friends. E.g. telling your loved ones, friends etc. all the little ( and big) things they do that make you happy. Firstly, they'll feel great to know they are doing something right. Secondly, they know you appreciate it. And finally, you are signposting what you want them to do more. See you tomorrow x
