Hello again, and Happy Monday! Last week we discussed celebrating what makes women different from men and being a fully embodied woman, the Sacred Feminine and Awakening to our Truest selves as women. We also talked about coming to terms with being vulnerable and the Little Girl inside you and embracing the unique expressions of the Feminine (and the Masculine) expressing through you, as you. This path naturally leads to becoming more attractive and magnetic in our life and relationships.

IRRESISTIBLY MAGNETIC

You may think that becoming magnetic has a lot to do with other people. However, it has more to do with how you feel and think about yourself. This is because how other people feel about you reflects how you feel about yourself. So practically, your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs strongly impact how people experience you in the world. When you feel good about yourself, relaxed in your body, and genuinely happy and accepting about who you are, the world experiences you the same way. Not only do people see you as confident and comfortable, but they treat you accordingly. And that, in turn, reinforces how you already feel about yourself. You get outside confirmation that you are, in fact, confident, comfortable in your skin, happy, and total self-acceptance of yourself. But, if your internal experience consists of negative and dismissive thoughts and feelings, these messages create a matching reality in your life. We have so much power over how people see us and treat us - our life experiences automatically match our self-image. This is why it can be said that we're attracting people and experiences from the inside out. You are the magnet, the signalling tower. We do so with our beliefs (about ourselves).

UNLOCK IGNITE TRANSFORM

What's happening inside you is dictating what's happening in your life. For this reason, any time you want to change how other people experience you, you must turn inward and redirect yourself first. Unlock, Ignite your incredible, gorgeous inner-magnetism and Transform your life. Most people don't understand how this works because they view the world with an outside-in mentality, e.g. something outside of them is the answer to feeling good worthy. This viewpoint relies on something or someone outside of you to change you. People will always treat you how you treat yourself; they'll reflect you what you believe about yourself. So that means: if you want to feel more loved, magnetic, gorgeous, anything really, you must first go inside and connect into these thoughts/feelings/experiences within yourself. Doing so will be the very thing that shifts and changes the people around you and strengthen your connection within yourself. As you start to feel more attractive, beautiful, centred, gorgeous, unique and confident other people will see you that way, too. It starts within you. See you tomorrow x
