Lesson 5: I am never upset for the reason I think. "In An Exuberant State Of Joy, You Are At Peace With Everything About You. There Is NoThing Unconquerable. NoThing Unreachable" - Ramtha quote. This is a profound lesson: what upsets us is a projection and reflection of our past experiences and beliefs. Not really what just happened, right here, right now. Grout says: 'It might seem like I'm upset because of something happening out there but it's always, 100 per cent of the time, something that's happening within me.' I thought about this concept a lot today when things happened and I got upset. If life is a mirror, what am I reflecting now? What is really going on here? What about you? Think about it for a minute. Or two. If I am never upset for the reason I think, what is going on instead? And what are we re-living instead? But most importantly, why? This moment is a brand new opportunity for something wonderful to happen. Don't misjudge it. And Don't miss it . It's a waste. Lesson 5 over.
