Immersion in self-reflection: Immersion

Hello everyone and welcome back! It is a new month, and with it, a new topic for us to explore – Immersion in self-reflection. I am especially excited about this one, as previously mentioned in our previous blog post, we will tie together all that we have learnt over the past few months. We will look at how far we must go on our individual journeys. And, most importantly, by our immersion in self-reflection, we will look at and appreciate just how far we have come.

What is immersion in self-reflection?

As I mentioned before, immersion time is a powerful way to condition yourself and ingrain your new chosen beliefs, and through our September blog posts, we will evaluate our conditioning and rekindle the life of our new chosen beliefs. You must WANT to change and be committed to your new ‘higher self’. You must truly be open to immersion. With the right mindset, you will be unstoppable. There is no limit to what you can achieve with that right mindset. Self-reflection is a key aspect of psychological wellness, as mentioned in Psychology Today. We aim to explore the various lessons we have learnt along the way and keeping our mindsets in line with those lessons, and our progress. We must fully immerse to experience the full effect. So, where does this all begin? Yes, that’s right – in our mind. Inside before the outside.

Our overview for self-reflection month

We will begin with looking back at one of our fundamental lessons – self-love and the discipline that is required, as well as looking at self-love on a whole and how this has developed over time. With love comes acceptance, and we will revisit some of the lessons we learned along the way. By accepting and learning to love ourselves, we begin to appreciate who we are. There are many more topics for us to explore as growth does not happen overnight, and like a puzzle, you will see through this month just how the pieces of our specific lessons fit together in helping you #SmashYourCeiling! Ask yourself this for now: Just how far have I come in this year alone? And if you are having difficulty in seeing your progress, our blogs to come will be a game-changer! Until next time x
