Day 6, Lesson 6 To A Miraculous Life: I am upset because I see something that is not there. What has anything to do with Wonder Woman you may say? Well, today it's all about demystifying the thought the 'bad guys' exist at all. Like movies aren't real, so all those things that upset us aren't either. They are holograms, figments of our overworking mind - we just need to train ourselves to see things differently, training the puppy... Remember, we need to keep taking the puppy outside until he/she learns not to pee on the carpet? Ditto with the mind... it's a daily process. So, next time something (or someone) upsets me, I need to remember "I'm seeing something that is not there; what is really there?". And, if everything fails, I'll be Wonder Woman.
