Morning and evening routines help to build Self-appreciation but Happiness is a habit to add to your toolkit too. You can't really appreciate yourself if you are constantly miserable.

HAPPINESS IS A HABIT

And happiness is a habit. That's right. You can train your mind and practice this too. Life is FOR you. You can create new neuropathways for happiness on your way to embedding Self-appreciation. Choosing to think, say and do what makes you feel good.

"Happiness is a choice not a result. Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy" - Ralph Marston

Remember paradigms run your habitual behaviour. The majority of behaviour is habitual. You can however build new habits which, when ingrained in the subconscious, become beliefs/new paradigms. Commit to doing one thing that makes you happy - every day. It doesn't have to be something big. But do at least one, for no other reason than to be happy. Self-appreciation is a habit. And Happiness is a habit. See you tomorrow, let me know how you are doing, I'm here to help x
